Covid19: For in person sessions, masks are no longer required. However, you are welcome to wear one and I am happy to if you feel more comfortable that way. I am fully vaccinated & boosted. My guidance is from NZAC, the NZ government covid19, and MOH websites. I operate as per guidelines for allied health professionals.

Wellness: If you are unwell with COVID, cold or flu symptoms, please stay home. If you are up to talking we can arrange an alternate method such as phone or an online session.
